Dit privacybeleid is van toepassing op de Grupa-app (hierna aangeduid als “Applicatie”) voor mobiele apparaten, ontwikkeld door Greenberry B.V. (hierna aangeduid als “Dienstenverlener”) als een open-source dienst. Deze dienst is bedoeld voor gebruik “zoals het is”.
Informatieverzameling en -gebruik
De Applicatie verzamelt informatie wanneer u deze downloadt en gebruikt. Deze informatie kan onder meer het volgende omvatten:
- De Applicatie slaat het e-mailadres van gebruikers op om tevredenheid over de ervaring te toetsen en feedback te verzamelen. Het achterlaten van het e-mailadres is optioneel en niet verplicht.
De Applicatie verzamelt geen precieze informatie over de locatie van uw mobiele apparaat.
De Applicatie maakt geengebruik van kunstmatige intelligentie (AI)-technologieën om uw gegevens te verwerken of functies aan te bieden.
De Dienstenverlener kan de door u verstrekte informatie af en toe gebruiken om u belangrijke informatie, verplichte mededelingen en marketingpromoties te verstrekken.
Voor een betere ervaring kan de Dienstenverlener u vragen om bepaalde persoonlijk identificeerbare informatie te verstrekken, zoals uw voornaam en e-mailadres. Deze informatie wordt door de Dienstenverlener bewaard en gebruikt zoals beschreven in dit privacybeleid.
Toegang door derden
Alleen geaggregeerde, geanonimiseerde gegevens worden periodiek verzonden naar externe diensten om de Dienstenverlener te helpen de Applicatie en hun dienst te verbeteren. De Dienstenverlener kan uw informatie delen met derden op de manieren die in deze privacyverklaring zijn beschreven.
Let op: de Applicatie maakt gebruik van diensten van derden die hun eigen privacybeleid hebben met betrekking tot het verwerken van gegevens. Hieronder vindt u de links naar het privacybeleid van de externe diensten die door de Applicatie worden gebruikt:
- Expo: Voor het leveren van technische app-updates (Over-the-Air updates). Hierbij worden technische gegevens zoals het IP-adres en apparaat-informatie verwerkt om de correcte werking, updates en veiligheid van de Applicatie te waarborgen.
Privacybeleid Expo
De Dienstenverlener kan door gebruikers verstrekte informatie en automatisch verzamelde informatie bekendmaken:
- Indien vereist door de wet, bijvoorbeeld om te voldoen aan een dagvaarding of een soortgelijk juridisch proces;
- Wanneer zij te goeder trouw menen dat bekendmaking noodzakelijk is om hun rechten te beschermen, uw veiligheid of die van anderen te waarborgen, fraude te onderzoeken of te reageren op een verzoek van de overheid;
- Aan vertrouwde dienstverleners die namens hen werken, geen onafhankelijk gebruik maken van de informatie die zij van ons ontvangen en hebben ingestemd met de regels in dit privacybeleid.
Recht op weigering
U kunt alle verzameling van informatie door de Applicatie eenvoudig stoppen door deze te verwijderen. U kunt hiervoor de standaard verwijderingsprocedures gebruiken die beschikbaar zijn via uw mobiele apparaat of de mobiele applicatiemarktplaats of -netwerk.
Beleid voor gegevensbewaring
De Dienstenverlener bewaart door gebruikers verstrekte gegevens zolang u de Applicatie gebruikt en gedurende een redelijke periode daarna. Als u wilt dat de Dienstenverlener door u verstrekte gegevens verwijdert, neem dan contact op via hello@grupa.app en zij zullen binnen een redelijke termijn reageren.
Kinderen
De Dienstenverlener gebruikt de Applicatie niet om bewust gegevens te verzamelen van of marketing te richten op kinderen jonger dan 13 jaar.
De applicatie is niet bedoeld voor personen jonger dan 13 jaar. De Dienstenverlener verzamelt bewust geen persoonlijk identificeerbare informatie van kinderen jonger dan 13 jaar. Mocht de Dienstenverlener ontdekken dat een kind jonger dan 13 jaar persoonlijke informatie heeft verstrekt, dan zal de Dienstenverlener deze onmiddellijk van hun servers verwijderen. Als u ouder of voogd bent en u weet dat uw kind persoonlijke informatie aan ons heeft verstrekt, neem dan contact op met de Dienstenverlener (hello@grupa.app) zodat zij de nodige maatregelen kunnen nemen.
Beveiliging
De Dienstenverlener hecht belang aan het beschermen van de vertrouwelijkheid van uw informatie. De Dienstenverlener biedt fysieke, elektronische en procedurele beveiligingsmaatregelen om de informatie die zij verwerken en beheren te beschermen.
Wijzigingen
Dit privacybeleid kan van tijd tot tijd om welke reden dan ook worden bijgewerkt. De Dienstenverlener zal u op de hoogte stellen van eventuele wijzigingen in het privacybeleid door deze pagina bij te werken met het nieuwe privacybeleid. U wordt geadviseerd dit privacybeleid regelmatig te raadplegen op wijzigingen, aangezien voortgezet gebruik wordt beschouwd als instemming met alle wijzigingen.
Dit privacybeleid is van kracht vanaf 24 maart 2026.
Uw toestemming
Door de Applicatie te gebruiken, gaat u akkoord met de verwerking van uw informatie zoals beschreven in dit privacybeleid, nu en zoals gewijzigd door ons.

We respect the privacy of all users of our app and services and take care that personal information is treated with respect.
This privacy policy applies to the Grupa app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Greenberry B.V. (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as an open-source service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:
- The Application stores the user's email address to gather information about the user experience and get user feedback. It is optional to leave your contact information.
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to first name and e-mail address. The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymised data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the Application:

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

- with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at hello@grupa.app and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (hello@grupa.app) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-03-24.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
